Totally worth it for little tasks!

i've tried a few virtual assistant services before, like Fancy Hands, but Wing Assistant totally blew them out of the water for the price. i got the Data Entry Specialist plan because my small business has so much info to track, and it's been a lifesaver. the referral credit made it even cheaper when i signed up through a friend's link, which was cool. plus, it's month-to-month, so no scary contract locking you in. you can just try it out and see if it works for you, which it definitely did for me!

So happy with my VA!

I got a General Virtual Assistant from Wing Assistant and it's been amazing! They jumped right into helping with my Inbox Management Service and Calendar Management. Everything is so organized now. I literally feel like I have more hours in my day. I'm telling all my business owner friends about this. Will definitely be using them again!

Decent service, some minor issues

I signed up for a Content Marketing Assistant. The setup was fairly quick, and I appreciated that. My assistant was pretty good with research and drafting blog outlines. However, sometimes the communication felt a little delayed due to time zone differences, which was a bit frustrating when I needed quick feedback. The quality of the first few drafts was okay, but needed quite a bit of editing to align with my style. I did use the CRM Management Assistant service as well, and that part was smooth. For the price, I think it's a decent value, but I wish the initial onboarding for understanding specific content nuances was a bit more thorough to reduce revisions later on.

Good experience with new assistant

I recently hired a Social Media Assistant from Wing Assistant to help with our small business's online presence. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. After a brief consultation, they matched me with someone in about a week. The WorkSpace platform is pretty intuitive for assigning tasks and communicating. My assistant was good at scheduling posts and engaging with comments. There was a slight learning curve for them to understand our brand voice perfectly, but with a few adjustments, it got much better. Delivery of tasks was consistent, and they met deadlines. I haven't needed to contact support yet, which I guess is a good sign. Overall, it's been a solid addition to our team and freed up a lot of my time.

Hey, thinking about getting a virtual assistant for my small biz. Anyone know if Wing Assistant does a free trial or something similar? Don't want to commit without trying it out first.

D David 1 month ago
I think they offer a free consultation, not a full free trial where you get a VA for a week or anything. You can chat with them to see if it's a good fit.

Nah, no free trial in the usual sense. They're more about giving you a discount on your first month, like $50 or $100 off sometimes. Keep an eye out for those promos.

How quick are these VAs actually ready to start? Like, once I sign up, am I waiting weeks for someone to get assigned?

J Josh 1 month ago
It wasn't instant, but it wasn't weeks either for me. I think I had my executive assistant assigned and ready to go within a few days of finalizing my plan. They do the vetting, so you don't have to.

Mine was pretty fast, like maybe 3-5 business days from when I confirmed what I needed. They pre-vet them so they're supposed to be ready to jump in.

Is Wing Assistant actually month-to-month, or do they try to lock you into a long contract? I hate being stuck.

S Steve 2 months ago
You can definitely do month-to-month. That's what I started with. You can save a bit if you go annual, but no pressure to sign a year-long contract right away.

Yeah, it's flexible. I was on a monthly plan for ages before I decided to switch to annual for the discount. No long-term commitment needed.

Wondering about the whole discount thing. Do they have regular coupon codes you can just plug in, or is it more specific?

T Troy Silva 2 months ago
It's not really coupon codes you find online. From what I remember, they use referral links or credits that get applied in their platform, WorkSpace. So if you got a referral from someone, that's how it works.

Yeah, pretty sure it's not like an Amazon coupon. More like a link someone gives you or a special promo code directly from them that you use inside your account dashboard.

What happens if the assistant they give me just isn't working out? Am I stuck with them?

M Mark Lindqvist 2 months ago
Nah, you're not stuck. They have a process for that. If you're not happy, you can tell them and they'll work to find you a different assistant that's a better fit. It's part of their managed service.

I actually had to switch assistants once. It wasn't a huge deal; I just explained what wasn't working, and they helped me transition to someone new within a few days. They want you to be happy.
